Band “March-through” Practice - December 26
First, an important reminder about tomorrow's band “march through” practice. For band members who are in town without a previously scheduled conflict, we are holding a refresher practice for 90 minutes. Please arrive at DGN beginning at 7:45 AM and report to the Field House. Practice begins at 8 AM, and will end at 9:30 AM. We will be indoors the entire practice; wear athletic shoes and clothing that is comfortable for moving!
Passport - Triple Check
All tour participants are asked to triple-check, and make sure they know 1) where their passport is located, 2) that the passport has been signed on the page above the photo, and 3) the passport is placed somewhere that they will be SURE to remember on Tuesday when it is time to depart for DGN. The very first thing students will do when they arrive for departure is to hand their passport to their assigned chaperone.
Adding the Google Cal Itinerary
We previously shared a link to add the tour itinerary to your personal Google Calendar. Some users have struggled with this, partially because our instructions were a bit misleading. You can only subscribe to a Google Calendar on the web, using a computer browser (calendar.google.com); if users clicked on our provided link directly from their phone, and tried to subscribe from the mobile Google Calendar app, it likely did not work properly.

After you have subscribed on a web-browser, go back to your Google Calendar mobile app:
- At the top left, tap Menu, and then Settings.
- Tap the calendar you want to view.
- Optional: To find more calendars, tap "Show more."
- Check or uncheck your preferred calendars.
